speaking of tuesdays, this study on anxiety was conducted using the genome database of us military veterans. not sure what the female/male ratio of the db is but i guess it is predominantly male, like most studies we need more female representation: https://www.inverse.com/article/62123-study-anxiety-genome-variants
also on inverse is this cool story on the crab nebula that gives a visual understanding of how it was formed. https://www.inverse.com/article/62135-3d-visualization-of-ancient-supernova?link_uid=60&utm_campaign=inverse-daily-2020-01-07&utm_medium=inverse&utm_source=newsletter
i'm always looking at ways to work smarter and more efficiently. this article in fast company offers suggestions: https://www.fastcompany.com/90448476/how-to-get-more-done-by-doing-less?utm_campaign=eem524%3A524%3As00%3A20200107_fc&utm_medium=Compass&utm_source=newsletter
the last suggestion is someone who takes tuesday off. maybe i'm not the only one who hates tuesday!
my snacks this afternoon: not great but better than some days
the apples and balanced breaks are very tasty. the fiber one brownie, not so much. def not worth 70 calories!
not feeling the buzz today, definitely a tuesday
~~~~~~
day two of intermittent fasting. start eating at 10:30am and end at 6:30pm .
- fiber one honey clusters (not as filling or tasty as the regular fiber one) with skim milk and kombucha
- bologna - 3 oz
- snack - apple slices, balanced breaks and fiber one brownies. really need to do better than this
- penne with vodkas sauce and sausage. lots of parm cheese
stop eating at 6:30pm
