so my ability to blog every day went sideways this week because of a massive avalanche of work i had to complete.  thought i would attempt to do something today to rectify that.  this should not be an either or proposition

i tried.

meal 1 - 10am

  • fiber one and skim milk
  • kombucha
  • coffee
meal 2
  • manicotti
meal 3
  • Jack made grilled ham and cheese on pumpernickel .  yum
