so my ability to blog every day went sideways this week because of a massive avalanche of work i had to complete. thought i would attempt to do something today to rectify that. this should not be an either or proposition
i tried.

- fiber one and skim milk
- kombucha
- coffee
meal 2
meal 3
- Jack made grilled ham and cheese on pumpernickel . yum
